Runners

  • It doesn’t matter whether you want to run your first 5k, or smash your marathon time, run an ultra or complete a multi day event, you will need to be physically robust and injury proof.

  • Being a better runner is not just about running more, the intelligent athlete knows that the work put in off the road, trail or track is just as vital. Many athletes struggle to get the balance right in their training approach. I will help you build a training programme that will see you achieve your running goals and minimise injury.

Expedition

  • Going on expedition is exciting and challenging but it can also be daunting and frustrating especially if your fitness lets you down. You may be embarking on a multi day mountain trek with a loaded pack, battling the cold of the arctic pulling a pulk for hours, trudging slowly through the jungle in intense humidity laden down with kit or completing a long distance UK trail.

  • No matter what challenge you set yourself you need to be physical and mentally ready to endure. Having working in some of the most hostile places on earth I know what it takes to prepare and succeed. I will work with you to develop a bespoke training plan unique to your particular challenge and support you through your training.
